Intermittent Lane Closures at SR8 (Forrest Avenue) and Heatherfield Way
Dover - ; The Delaware Department of Transportation announces there will be intermittent lane closures at SR 8 (Forrest Ave) and Heatherfield Way for the construction of a traffic signal starting on Wednesday, June 12th through mid-August (weather permitting). Work will consist of constructing traffic signals to replace the current HAWK system and pedestrian crossings.
Motorist are reminded to slow down in work zones and to expect minor delays while in the area.
