In cooperation with Delmarva Power’s Emergency Services Partnership Program, and Lowe’s of Brandywine Town Center, the Delaware State Fire Marshal’s Office has received over 1,100 10-year lithium-ion battery smoke detectors.
As clocks are about to fall back to Eastern Standard Time and the days and daylight shorten, it’s also a dangerous time of year to be on the road because of the annual white-tailed deer mating season known as the rut.
